1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Local SEO Edmonton ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Services

Local SEO Edmonton provides search engine optimization services, including but not limited to:

• Google Maps optimization
• Local keyword research and optimization
• Review management
• Citation building and management
• Local content creation
• SEO consulting and strategy

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to your website, Google My Business, and other relevant platforms
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activities that could harm our reputation or services

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement

5. Service Expectations and Disclaimers

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings
• Specific increases in website traffic or leads
• Immediate results (SEO is a long-term strategy)
• Protection against search engine algorithm changes

Search engine optimization results depend on many factors, including competition, market conditions, and search engine algorithm changes that are beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and methodologies developed by Local SEO Edmonton remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use content created specifically for their business. We retain the right to use general strategies and methodologies for other clients.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• We will provide a final report of work completed
• Access to our tools and reporting will be discontinued
• We are not responsible for maintaining rankings after termination

9. Limitation of Liability

Local SEO Edmonton's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local SEO Edmonton from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
